Sustainable solutions from agri waste: Compressed Bio Gas and Fermented Organic Manure for a cleaner, greener India.

Compressed Bio Gas Plant

Compressed Bio Gas (CBG)

Our Compressed Bio Gas, also known as Renewable Natural Gas, is produced through the anaerobic digestion of biodegradable materials. It is a clean, green alternative to fossil fuels with applications in transportation, industrial heating, and power generation.

CBG is produced under the Government of India's SATAT (Sustainable Alternative Towards Affordable Transportation) initiative, which aims to promote compressed bio gas as an alternative to conventional fuels.

  • Vehicle-grade compressed natural gas quality
  • Reduces dependency on fossil fuels
  • Significant carbon emission reduction
  • Aligned with government initiatives
  • Scalable production capacity

Fermented Organic Manure (FOM)

Fermented Organic Manure is a by-product of our anaerobic digestion process. The digestate goes through our proprietary enrichment process using state-of-the-art technology to enhance its nutrient content, making it a potent and valuable input for farmers.

FOM improves soil health, increases water retention, promotes beneficial microbial activity, and enhances crop yield, all without the harmful effects of chemical fertilizers.

  • Rich in essential macro and micro nutrients
  • Improves soil structure and health
  • 100% organic and chemical-free
  • Enhances crop yield naturally
  • Enriched using advanced technology
Manufacturing Facility

How It Works

Our anaerobic digestion process transforms agricultural waste into two valuable products through a carefully controlled biological process.

1

Feedstock Collection

Press mud, Napier grass, paddy straw, poultry litter, cow dung, and other biodegradable agricultural waste.

2

Anaerobic Digestion

Micro-organisms break down material in oxygen-free environment, producing raw biogas and digestate.

3

CBG Production

Raw biogas is purified, removing CO2 and impurities, then compressed to produce vehicle-grade CBG.

4

FOM Enrichment

Digestate is enriched with our proprietary technology, increasing nutrient content for premium organic manure.

Our Feedstock Sources

We utilize a wide range of biodegradable agricultural materials as feedstock for our anaerobic digestion process.

Crop Residues

Paddy straw, Napier grass, and other crop residues that would otherwise be burned.

Industrial By-products

Press mud from sugar manufacturing and other food processing by-products.

Animal Waste

Cow dung, poultry litter, and other animal waste converted into clean energy and manure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our CBG and FOM products, production process, and how to partner with us.

What is Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) and how is it different from CNG?

Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) is Renewable Natural Gas produced through the anaerobic digestion of agricultural waste, press mud, Napier grass, paddy straw, poultry litter, and cow dung. It has the same chemical composition as CNG (primarily methane) and works in any CNG-compatible vehicle or equipment, but unlike fossil CNG, CBG is 100% renewable and carbon-neutral. Anvik Innovbiz produces CBG under India's SATAT initiative at 6 TPD capacity.

What is the SATAT scheme and how does Anvik Innovbiz fit in?

SATAT (Sustainable Alternative Towards Affordable Transportation) is a Government of India initiative by MoPNG to promote CBG as an alternative to fossil fuels. Under SATAT, CBG producers sell directly to Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, at government-notified prices. Anvik Innovbiz is a SATAT-aligned CBG manufacturer, making us eligible for OMC offtake agreements and government procurement channels.

What feedstock does Anvik use to produce CBG and FOM?

Our Pilibhit plant processes a diverse mix of biodegradable agricultural materials: press mud (from sugar mills), Napier grass, paddy straw, poultry litter, and cow dung. This feedstock diversity ensures year-round production continuity and directly reduces agri-waste that would otherwise be burned or landfilled, a dual environmental benefit.

How does Fermented Organic Manure (FOM) benefit farmers?

FOM is the nutrient-rich digestate from biogas production, further enriched by Anvik's proprietary process. Unlike raw compost or chemical fertilizers, FOM is fully stable, pathogen-free, and rich in macro and micro nutrients. Regular application improves soil structure, increases water retention, promotes beneficial microbial activity, and boosts crop yields, all without chemical residues. We produce 30 TPD of FOM.

What is Anvik Innovbiz's production capacity?

Our Pilibhit facility processes 150 TPD of agricultural feedstock, yielding 6 TPD of CBG and 30 TPD of FOM. The plant was commissioned in 2022 and operates its own anaerobic digestion technology end-to-end, from feedstock intake to gas purification and manure enrichment.

How can I buy CBG or FOM from Anvik Innovbiz?
